We offer a large list of small house plans and most of our customers can find what they are looking for in one of our plans. We understand though that even if you find a plan that you absolutely love, you may need to make some minor changes to it.
Whether you want to change the placement of a closet or basement entry or change the window layout, we can help modify your plan to suit your needs.
Basic modifications such as the ones above are relatively simple and therefore can be completed quickly. More extensive changes however such as increasing the measurements of the entire house are more complicated and therefor take longer to prepare.
Modifactions can be made by a local designer of your choice, or our staff can make the alterations for your plan. We recommend that you purchase the CAD file version (if available) of the plan if you will have a local designer alter the plan.
